- Find your model name. It is on your order confirmation if you bought the bike from us; if not, call us with a photo of the bike and we will help you identify it.
- Match it exactly. Similar names are different models with different parts: an XWLX09 is not an XWLX09-II, and an RS-A01 is not an RS-A01 Pro-T.
- Not sure the motor core is the problem? A Zeus Tech Session ($59, 30 minutes by phone or video) diagnoses it first, and Concierge ($119) adds sourcing the exact part and walking you through the installation on video (prices in CAD, October 2026, from our warranty page). Warranty, Shipping and Returns
Warranty: 12 months on this motor core. If it is defective, contact us: filing and following a claim for a verified defect under an active warranty is never billed, and a part that arrives defective is handled as a manufacturer defect claim. If you want the problem diagnosed first, that is a Tech Session.
Shipping: free anywhere we deliver in Canada. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days after we confirm them, and our shipping policy says parts and accessories can take up to 4 weeks to arrive; the tracking number comes by email.
